The Company is privately owned and managed by Brent Jones. Brent has over 30 years’ experience in the fields of development management, construction project management, quantity surveying, contract administration, asset and facilities management.
SPM has considerable experience in all sectors of the industry – industrial, residential, commercial, hospitality, aged care, fit-out and refurbishment works. We have managed projects ranging in construction value from $1,000,000 to $150,000,000.
Brent believes that the ongoing success of SPM has been achieved by maintaining high standards of performance and adopting an honest open book approach with our clients. SPM continues to leverage off its established reputation and strives to deliver quality project delivery services.
Over the years SPM has built up an excellent team of reliable, quality and cost efficient consultants and builders that we work in partnership with where necessary. Quantity surveyors, architects, structural engineers, service engineers, private certifiers, planning consultants, environmental specialists are available on request depending on your project requirements. SPM can even assist in arranging finance, legal services or sales and marketing.
