BRENT JONES
DIRECTOR
With many years’ experience in contract administration, project management and development management, Brent has a broad range of experience within the industry. Brent has been involved in the construction and management of many projects having worked for both developers, architects and builders.
For several years prior to starting SPM, Brent was Construction Manager for Platino Properties successfully completing a number of up market medium density residential, commercial and industrial projects taking on the role of design leader, project manager and superintendent.
Brent has managed projects ranging from $1,000,000 to $150,000,000 in value.
Brent holds a Bachelor of Building Degree in Construction Management from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.
JON LINDSAY
Development Manager
Jon is an accomplished Development and Project Manager with over 20 years of industry experience. He provides expertise that spans the entire development lifecycle from acquisition, project delivery, to ongoing asset management and disposal.
His clients have included ASX listed developers and trusts, government agencies and private developers. He has in depth experience and expertise across a number of different asset sectors including residential, seniors living, retail, industrial and hotels. He has managed projects ranging in value from $2,000,000 to $120,000,000.
Prior to joining SPM, Jon worked for many industry leading development, consultancy and construction firms including Jones Lang LaSalle, Parkview, Woolworths and Lendlease. Jon holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA and a Masters of Property & Development from the University of New South Wales.
